Making a big impression at Interplas 2026

WSM INDUSTRIES enjoyed three days of connection, education and inspiration at Interplas 2026 as we exhibited at the show that’s been a mainstay on the European plastics industry calendar for over 75 years.

Held at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, this unmissable exhibition welcomed domestic and international professionals to discover new innovations in plastics manufacturing and discuss the latest trends and how they might impact on the sector.

Connecting with old friends and new faces alike, the WSM team discussed their visitors’ requirements such as reducing product or component weight, improving environmental performance and minimising part quantity. 

From these conversations came great interest in our use of latest metal-replacement polymers, which allows product weight and part quantity to be reduced without impacting on performance, durability or safety.

Highlights of the superbly designed WSM stand included a special walk-through WSM history marking the milestones of 40 years in the industry, while guests also had the chance to take on the challenge of our ‘crack the code’ box and win a prize.

And when it came to the serious business of helping manufacturers in every area of injection mould tooling, we were happy to talk through our complete range of in-house services including design refinement, prototyping and post moulding.
